I the said Apstley giveth land to my beloved mother, Elley Craft, 35 acres of land She 6/5 house hold and mansion to have and to hold to by the Elley Craft for and during the term of her natural life then Archable Craft (jr ?) and Martha his wife 2 live children Mary Elizabeth the bed and the rest to be divided Share and Share between Mary Elizabeth and Silus Lee the children of said Archable and Martha Craft I the said Apsetly gave Mary my sister 50 acres Archable my brother 50 acres the land lying and the West sid of Swift Creek Swampe south sid of Tar River and A Joining the Lands of Spire Worthing and Abram Barber I do herby constitute and in every part and clause thereof hereby Revoking and Declaring utterly void all others Wills and testaments by me heretofore made in Wittnef Whereof I the Said Apstley Do here unto set my hand seal made this the 19 Day of august Abstley 1861
