"....Begining at a sweet gum on the east side of swift creek and runs West 72 poles to another gum in the mouth persimmon branch through the edge of the swamp 88 pole to a gum then East 70 poles acroos the swamp then down the edge of the swamp to the begining containing 37 1/2 acres more or less...."
John C. Cox, brother of Warren's wife, Sarah Cox Braxton, witnessed the deed. Nicey was the first cousin once removed of John and Sarah.
